Essential Functions:
Plans, coordinates, and executes individual Mission Command Information Systems training Assists unit leadership in planning individual training that will meet their training objectives Identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.
) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training Update Programs of Instruction Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTP Provide work leadership for lower-level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs Requirements:
Active Security Clearance (Required) Must possess a valid State Driver's License and maintain Post driving privileges Advance knowledge of their principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs Expert knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter Demonstrated effective teaching, instruction, presentation, and communication skills Must have excellent verbal communication skills for interfacing with military and civilian personnel Education:
BS/BA 6-8 years (Required)
Experience:
Recently retired Army Warrant/NCO/Officer with experience in multiple Mission Command Systems (Preferred) MCS Training:
