Training Coordinator

Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, training coordinator to join our growth-oriented company with aspirations of helping us achieve our 10-year goal.
We are a plumbing, lighting, and irrigation distributor that assists local builders, plumbers, and homeowners in the creation of beautiful living spaces with kitchen and bath fixtures, as well as residential and commercial lighting.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in training delivery and facilitation, and excels in a team first work environment.
The Training Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of training within the organization.
This role involves managing training schedules, coordinating with instructors/trainers and trainees (internal and external), developing training materials, managing the LMS, training, and working in conjunction with HR and the Operations Process Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Training Program Coordinator plays a critical role in initiating and promoting high standards of safety and professionalism throughout the organization.
Duties And
Responsibilities:
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires Assist in the identification and evaluation of on-the-job trainers' performance and the effectiveness of training programs; providing recommendations for improvement Taking feedback and instruction from a wide variety of departments and individuals in order to create training material that reflects internal standards Creating and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Conduct professional growth training of team members to maximize their potential Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization and employees Track, record, and maintain files in LMS Meet with Operations Process Manager, Sales leadership and Human Resources on a regular basis to identify near term ongoing training needs.
Work with department management to identify training/transfer opportunities Facilitate learning based on site requirements through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, hands-on training, on-the-job coaching, and virtual or computer-based training, using 70/20/10 learning principles Responsible for full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) Coordinate instructor assignments and provide ongoing support and guidance to instructors Liaise with trainees to ensure their training needs are met and provide assistance as needed Analyze trainee assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation.
Strong organization, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Experience with virtual training platforms and technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and training software programs.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks to address the most critical and pressing demands first Experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role in the wholesale/ASA industry.
APTD/CPTD certification (preferred).
It may be substituted for some of years of required experience and knowledge.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
