REQUIRED
Qualifications:
5 years of experience performing acquisition-related functions Level II DAWIA Certification in the Contracting Career Field (or FAC-C or industry equivalent Four years of experience in the Standard Procurement System (SPS)/Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2) database Experience with all other systems related tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat DC/Professional, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft SharePoint 2010 (or higher) Experience with the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), System for Award Management (SAM), GSA, and other compliance/processing/reporting systems for assisting the WARCOM Contracting Office Foundational understanding of both Federal and DoD (FAR & DFARS) contracting policy rules, methods, and regulations as well as the ability to perform complex cost and pricing data analysis.
Experience using simplified acquisition procedures, best value procedures including trade-off and lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), Government Point of Entry (GPE) and Source Selection procedures.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
