OVERVIEW
:
Serve as part of a team which provides IT repair, maintenance, operations, logistics, and engineering services to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of Army Military Intelligence Enterprise IT Systems. The successful Enterprise Exchange Administrator will be part of a team of administrators responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance (O&M) of several Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2010 servers.
Clearance Required
: TS/SCI (or held SCI within the past 2 years.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Provide Microsoft Exchange support to a DoD IT Enterprise program.
Assist in the O+M sustainment of a MS Exchange 2003/2010 server environment.
Install and configure MS Exchange servers.
Create, configure, and maintain Exchange databases, mailboxes, address lists, distribution groups, and message routing.
Apply Security Technical Implementation Guides settings, patches, and conduct preventative maintenance.
Monitor and analyze Exchange databases and mail flow for efficiencies.
Provide input and expertise with regard to design, implementation, maintenance/troubleshooting of MS Exchange.
Qualifications:
Valid Security+ce, MCTS: Exchange Server 2010 or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 5
years of overall related experience. 4 years of additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
Currently possess MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 or equivalent certification.
Experience with various Microsoft technologies such asEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
