Program Overview:
Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) has over 3800 employee facility that provides ambulatory and inpatient services to a population of over 250,000 active duty, retirees, and beneficiaries. Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. provides support to AMEDD systems, services, and networks that provide health care to a catchment area of more the 250,000 beneficiaries with an enrolled population of about 110,000 users across more than 45 buildings. In addition, we provide support services including administration, collaboration, technical support, Core Technology support, Information System Assurance and Compliance (ISAC) support, informatics, and Plans and Resources.

Position Description:
o Provide WAMC employee services
o Provision CAC cards for new WAMC personnel.
o Reset CAC card pin for all personnel.
o Issue WAMC identification badges.
o Submit work orders for personnel actions including, but not limited to, computer access and issuance of WAMC identification badges.
o Issue users name and passwords to appropriate personnel.
o Publish certificates on the Global address in Active Directory.
o Exchange Badges for all Clinical Staff as required by JCAHO.
o Ensure new employees were properly brief and reminded of mandatory HIPPA and Information Assurance training requirements.
o Submit work orders to close accounts of out-processed personnel.
o Communicated with multiple POC's in the Personnel Office regarding personnel in-processing.
o Ensure personnel requiring CHCS and AHLTA were directed to the right support team to ensure accounts are Create.
o Review, revise, edit, submit for approval, and post files to portal page.
o Manage IMD Administrative Service Portal page and content.
o Manage WAMC official records (policies, SOPs, directives, etc.) for historical record.
o Assist customers in determining the appropriate document format to use IAW with MEDCOM regulatory guidance.
o Manage the official list of WAMC office symbols.
o Meet APEQs training objectives.
o Maintain and resolve service tickets (incident tickets.)
o Use BMC Remedy (work order system) as required to document work performance.
o For any information in this job description that may conflict with contracted services, the contract Performance Work Statement takes precedence.

Required
Experience:
o 2 years using MS Office Products.
o 1 year experience in using Internet Explorer or other internet browser software application
o Demonstrated the ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively in English
o Demonstrate the ability to communicate very courteously both verbally and in writing
o Have the ability to quickly learn how to use new software applications
o Have a demonstrated understanding of the rules of email etiquette in a corporate environment.
Desired
Experience:
o Experience in an DOD Medical Facility Systems Information setting
o Military or Government IT Experience
o Commercial Medical Facility Experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
