Key Role:
Serve as a key member of a distributed contractor team providing all-source Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis supporting US government clients in countering the threat from improvised explosive devices (IED). Support research and analysis for the production and delivery of country or regionally-focused threat intelligence studies and provide responses to time-sensitive Requests for Information (RFI) focused on IED and Remote-Controlled IED (RCIED) threat device technologies, components, designs, communications infrastructures, controllers, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP). Provide expertise in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and in the technical intelligence data requirements of Counter-IED Electronic Warfare (CREW) systems. Work as part of a distributed team and interact, coordinate, and collaborate within the client agency and other government agency experts.
Basic
Qualifications:

years of experience with Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), including the evaluation and assessment of Improvised Explosive Device (IED) and Remote Controlled IED (RCIED) devices, components, and technologies
Experience with the technical intelligence data requirements of a variety of US Counter-IED Electronic warfare (CREW) systems, including intelligence support to CREW systems load set development
Knowledge of the IED and RCIED types, capabilities, technologies, and components employed by threat actors and their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP)
Ability to research, draft, coordinate, and author ad hoc and finished analytic reports, including conveying complex technical or intelligence information clearly and concisely to diverse US government and DoD technical, operational, and acquisition audiences
Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders to develop information collection, reporting, and sharing, data query, capture, export, and archiving, and requirements pertaining to world-wide IED/RCIED threats
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED

Qualifications:
Experience with the research, analysis, and production of technical or intelligence assessments as a member of or supporting the US DoD or intelligence community (IC)
Experience with US government interagency coordination and information sharing, including using NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and the JWICS and SOIS networks
Experience with providing intelligence support to DoD acquisition programs
Experience with widely used intelligence analytical tools and databases, including CEXC IRQ and AFG, ACME and WEAT, CJTF Troy and Paladin, TEDAC, NGIC, CIDNE, SOFEx, FalconView, Google Earth, WebTAS, Intelink, KNIFE, M3, HOTR, TAC, PALANTIR, and COLISEUM
Knowledge of electrical circuits used in radio frequency and wireless communications environments
Knowledge of IED Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI)
